*Units have a security deposit of half the monthly rate. Electric and utilities are included in rent.
**Sites have a $250.00 security deposit. Electric is either a flat rate or billed by meter consumption.
STORAGE RATES
* Can NOT hook up to ANY utilities.
* Storage is available all year long in the Rockahock field space.
* No storage allowed in the months of April – October on a RV site – must store in field.
* Reservation cannot begin with storage unless the monthly or seasonal rates are paid first.
* RV’s on campsites cannot be stored for more than 7 months; after 7 months they must be charged monthly or seasonally.
MARINA RATES
* 1-28 are for in house reservations only. These slips go on a lease and are $100.00 a month.
* If ACG or Extended Stay there is no security deposit. All others are $250.00.
